Jessie J has finally revealed who the father of her child is…
Jessica Ellen Cornish is an English vocalist best known for songs like “Bang Bang,” “Price Tag,” and “Domino.”
In January 2023, the singer revealed that she was pregnant and that she had given birth to a son in May of the previous year.
Although fans were happy to hear about Jessie J’s baby announcement, many were left wondering who the baby daddy is – and now the singer has officially revealed the answer.
Jessie J has been open with fans about her fertility issues, despite earlier being told she would ‘never get pregnant.’
In 2021, the pop star was heartbroken by a miscarriage.
At the time, she resorted to social media and wrote: “Yesterday morning I was laughing with a friend saying, ‘Seriously though how am I going to get through my gig in LA tomorrow night without telling the whole audience I am pregnant.’
“By yesterday afternoon I was dreading the thought of getting through the gig without breaking down.
“After going for my third scan and being told there was no longer a heartbeat.
“This morning. I feel like I have no control over my emotions. I may regret posting this. I may not. I actually don’t know.”
She continued: “I have done two shows in two years and my soul needs it. Even more today. I know some people will be thinking she should just cancel it. But in this moment I have clarity on one thing.
“I started singing when I was young for joy, to fill my soul and self-love therapy, that hasn’t ever changed and I have to process this my way.”
Jessie J stated that she decided to have a baby ‘on her own’ since it was ‘all she ever wanted.’
However, in May 2023, the singer disclosed that she had had a baby with a lover.
“I am so happy and terrified to share this finally. Please be gentle with me,” she wrote, announcing her pregnancy.
The celebrity duo teased their relationship for months.
While still pregnant, Jessie J said on Instagram to celebrate Mother’s Day in the UK: “I love your Daddy so much, you wouldn’t be on your way without him.”
“He is the most patient, calm, and good-looking man.
“You are going to LOVE him when you meet him.”

In another post, the pop star took to her Instagram story to pay loving to her child’s father, whose face was obscured in the photograph.
Jessie J stated: “I struggle to keep things private. I think if you know me you know that.
“I want to protect people I love and keep it for just myself… and then so often I think f*** it because life is short but I don’t want to regret it.”
The singer goes on to reveal that she soon fell in love with her partner following their first encounter.
She continues: “I met this man, weeks after my miscarriage in 2021, like a beam of light. He lit up my dark days.
“It was a whirlwind of love and a miracle that we fell pregnant naturally with not one issue.
“Grateful doesn’t cut it. He has given me many of the best gifts of my life.”
Jessie J said that her boyfriend was around her when she gave birth to their child via C-section.
“He didn’t let go of my hand this day and I wouldn’t have been able to go through it without him,” she comments.
Jessie J concludes her touching letter by saying her lover is “the calm to my crazy.” Peace in the midst of fear. My baby’s daddy. ‘Thank you.
The ‘Do It Like a Dude’ singer also posted a cute photo of her infant child reaching out and grabbing her finger.
According to E! News, Jessie J has a baby daddy named Chanan Safir Colman.
